command: =
argument: a string
This command will send messages and emotes to a channel.  It
can be used in several different ways.
={channel} history       Will show the last 20 messages that
                         were sent to {channel}
= history                Will show the last 20 messages that
                         were sent to the player's default channel
={channel} {message}     Sends {message} to {channel}
= {message}              Sends {message} to the player's default
                         channel
{message} can be formated the following ways to send an emote
to the specified channel:
emote {msg} or :{msg}    All listening players will get:
                         [Channel] {PlayerName} {msg}
emote '{msg} or :'{msg}  All listening players will get:
                         [Channel] {PlayerName}{msg}
{message} can also contain a soul command to the specified
channel:
[{soul command} {message} All listening players will get:
                          [Channel] {PlayerName} {soulmsg}
Example:
=chat Should I be a Mage or a Warrior?
=mage Warriors are clumsy!
=warrior Mages are weak!
=chat Thank you.
