Player documentation for Frontier

concept: InterMud
InterMud is a service running within Frontier that allows inter-
communication between players of known Muds.
Most communication works through the standard command set by 
appending '@' to the commandline where the  can 
be shortened to the first few characters of the name without causing 
ambiguity.  ie: '@fro' will send a request to Frontier via Intermud.
