Toggle talkecho mode.
If you are in talkecho mode, you will get a repeat of all of your tell,
say, and shout commands.  The soul has been modified to work with the
talkecho setting for those commands that effect speech, such as 'smile'.
If your talkecho mode is disabled, a simple "Ok" will verify that your 
say, tell, or speech-related command has been sent.
The "score" command displays your current state.
